Exciting news for our Annual Members.
As you have seen, we had limited space at Monterra in November due to conferences.
We are thrilled to announce that we have secured additional play time at SWING for the days that Monterra is closed in November. These slots will all be 8 - 10am so get your alarms set!
Due to this extra play time, sign ups are allowed for 3x a week in total with GTPC. Play will be posted later today.
We do require court hosts for all SWING times as attendance list is needed for reception.

Lastly, we have had a number of no shows in the past few weeks that makes organization of play difficult, and our club spends significant $$$ booking Monterra and Swing, so this behaviour will be tracked. Late shows are also problematic.
Please post your cancellations on the wall. Moving to Court Reserve will negate this need - as we will have waitlist functionality!

Happy to host Rec Play Friday November 1st @ Swing. C'mon everyone, let's start filling up those spots!

Great news! We have secured another spot at Swing on Nov 1 at 8 am for Recreational Play - open to all. Just posted. This is for annual members. We also have lots of space for Nov 8 Rec Play.
Let's get these sessions booked up, especially with our move to sign ups now 3x a week. (48 hour rule will apply to jump in for more play if vacancies)

Good morning all. I have to pull out tomorrow at 8am 3.5 round robin. A great opportunity for someone to fill the spot.

As we are about to move into the winter season, effective tomorrow, Oct 28, play will be permitted 3x/week for the weeks running Monday - Sunday. We will be monitoring usage to ensure equity.
