HI everyone. Thank you for your genuine concern Lesya, however, it seems to me that what we actually need is a family meeting. Transparency is indeed one of the issues, and contacting the board for a private resolution doesn't really help that issue. For most of us, this is a social family and every once in a while a family needs to sit down together and just talk things out. Not in private, not with one or two people, not in small groups, but as a family. So my request is that the Board schedule a general family meeting.

Welcome to our new members joining - pay attention to which type of play you sign up for to match your skill level and expectations.
We have added more sessions by skill level where we will be keeping track of scores to help inform the ratings committee go forward (plus other points of input) - we are doing this by request of many - thank you for your feedback. We will also add more ladder play and house league in June to build on our ratings knowledge base.
Orientation sessions will be announced shortly.

This allows for a more efficient and private resolution process, ensuring that your concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
