Hi folks. I am very excited that I was able to get a full time membership. But very disappointed to see that I can only book 2 games in the next month. All the clubs that I have belonged to only allow bookings either one week or two weeks in advance. Everyone seems to have booked 95% of the time slots for an entire month in advance. Perhaps our executive might revisit this monthly booking to allow for a more balanced roster?

Not sure what your concerns are - there are still 10 times slots available over the course of November available still for all levels of play. Please review Upcoming Events (not Dashboard) for the whole month. You can book all the way up to Nov. 27.
We try to encourage all levels of play and want our more advanced players to have time slots as well - so there are another 5 times slots still available for 3.5+.

So great that the club has added 55 new members. Does this mean that there will be additional times at Monterra? It looks like the calendar is pretty full before we added 55 new members? Or are all members going to be limited to times per week?
we will add Thursday 8-9:30am in all likelihood. We will monitor for the first couple of weeks and determine if we have to limit play per week.
Hello all! Just a note to let you know that as of Oct 31st I will be stepping down from volunteer hosting duties. I think I have managed to get a host for each day up until then.
I just want to thank all those who help so much and always say “yes” when asked to host. You guys are the best!
