Hello Annual GTPC Members
Play for April at Swing Courts will be posted shortly - so exciting!
A few important notes:
1) this play is for annual members only, even in May.
2) our week runs from Monday to Sunday. Play is limited to 2x a week for now. Will post if 24 hour sign up rule applies once we see if we get full participation
3) while we don’t technically need court hosts, due to permanent nets, it would be appreciated to still have hosts to run play and monitor health and safety protocols.
4) scheduling subject to change, but posting for the whole month.
5) we are guests at Swing - Liz Bauer will post further protocols (location of win/loss boxes, binders, outdoor footwear rules, etc)

Thanks Lesya and all the board members. You're a great bunch of volunteers. One question as a host; does Swing have a defibrillator on site? If so, where is it located.
GTPC at Swing:
Members and hosts: Our pickleball supplies (balls, binder, baskets) are stored in the lower cabinet by Court 5. Please ensure everything is returned to the cabinet after play.
Check there are no balls in corners, under tables etc. They are all labelled with our clubs’ name.
Do not leave any personal items behind and respect all Swings policies including no outdoor footwear past the coat area.
Our play takes place on Courts 1,2,3, and 4 unless otherwise stated.
If you purchase merchandise or beverages, you must create an online account with Swing first. No cash money is exchanged. Write your name and items purchased CLEARLY on the chit sheets provided.
