Thank you everyone for realizing the importance of our new emergency procedures and to the hosts for adding this important task of assigning players to help in case of an emergency.
I have ONE more simple request…. It was noted that putting your emergency contact info on your racquet is not always possible so therefore we are going to create a list of all the full time members emergency contact information. The list will be at the front of the information binder.

Your email should include the following information only:
First name, last name, contact name and phone number.
Subject line to read: ICE
This will make it easier for Joyce to identify your email. If you could do this within the next week we would appreciate it.
