GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM - all locations are defaulting to the curling club, even if outdoor play.

Good afternoon
A couple of important points for play:
1) If play is posted “Indoors” in the title in type of play - that is in curling club. Those members have first right of play on rain days. (EG Indoor King of the Court) - that is indoor.
2) If play simply states the type of play - that is outdoors at the rink - the system is defaulting all play to the curling club. (EG King of the Court) - that is outdoor.
3) We have low signups for some play this weekend/week ahead. For example, King of the Court on Saturday at 11am indoors - guaranteed play and no sign ups - let’s do it!
4) Lastly, we will remove “scoring to be kept” for all play this coming week with the exception of 3.5/3.75 play to encourage more sign ups - we have heard your feedback.
5) Court hosts - please assign some peeps to be on guard to ensure people get to correct indoor vs outdoor play
