Everyone…. Can we please do a better job of advising when you cannot attend …. Last Thursday we a notice 5 minutes before play was to start (for a full session) and today 2 people were no shows with no notice and we only had 16 signed up.

Hi GTPC Annual and Summer Members

A number of important notes for the club:

1) Sumer season starts May 13 due to repairs to the outdoor rink. We will be playing in the curling club from May 13 - June 2. Please limit play to 2x/ week for this time frame.
2) New members have been assigned ratings based on the input from waitlist/sign up info. Please sign up for play within your rating and there is a lot of open to all play as we are a fun, inclusive club. If you want to move up in your skill levels, take advantage of the round robin play at your level where scores will be kept and are one of our input factors. In June we will reintroduce house league and ladder play that is competitive, scores kept and provides even more ratings input.
3) Information sessions will be held at the start of many time slots over the course of the first couple of weeks of the Summer Season - we appreciate your attention at these times. Any questions or suggestions about the club can be directed to georgiantrianglepc(miuku)gmail(piste)com.
4) Please note that the WALL is to be used for cancellations and open slots at play sessions only. Remember that posts go to all 300 members.
5) We are a not for profit volunteer organization - we rely on volunteers to court host. We have many expert hosts that are willing to mentor new court hosts. If you are signed up for play and are interested in becoming a host, we can help you! Please email gtpc(piste)plu(miuku)gmail(piste)com for time slots you are signed up for and you will be matched with a mentor.
6) if we do not have an assigned court host during summer season, play will be CANCELLED. Notification will go out 48 hours in advance.
