Hello everyone, boy has the weather turned in a hurry! Hopefully we get some play in this week.
A quick update on our fall/winter play. All of our annual members have now received an individual letter from Mike Dufort about their renewal and we have heard back from half of the 100 members. For the rest of you please reply by OCTOBER 15 if you will be renewing or not (and pay!). Once we have confirmed the numbers we will advise on our next steps.
We have also finalized our playing times at MONTERRA which will start on Friday October 27th. We have secured play for 6 days a week, with an option for a 7th day (Thursday morning) if there is enough demand). Here is the schedule of play:
Monday 8:00 - 9:30am
Tuesday 8:00 - 9:30am
Wednesday 3:00 - 5:00pm
Friday 11:00 - 1:00pm
Saturday 9:00 - 11:00am
Sunday 9:00 - 11:00am
Future option: Thursday 8:00 - 9:30. (if there is enough demand)
We will work on programming these time slots (happy to consider any input on this!) and post them
on player line up. We will have access to 4 Pickleball courts with our new nets on wheels!

Hi Luc, thank you for the update regarding Monterra, I have one question.. I'm sorry if you are repeating yourself, I played during the summer however, I would like to join the waiting list for annual membership. If I am just a summer member can I also join the play at Monterra over the winter while I'm on the waiting list for annual membership. Can you please check to make sure that I'm on the waiting list for annual membership ? I'm very interested to join and will pay upfront. Thank you once again :) Lisa
HI Lisa, no unfortunately summer only members will not be able to play at Monterra in the winter. We have less court capacity in the winter so only annual members will be able to register for play.

Final sessions of play for rest of October have now been posted. For the last 2 weeks of October, we are offering Recreational Play (weather dependant). If we get a number of 3.5/3.75+ players signed up, advanced play can be set up on separate courts to accommodate and have great play for all.
Play for winter session will be posted by Oct 20.

If you are an annual member and you decide not to continue this winter due to the location, will we be able to join the summer league or will there be a waiting list?
Linda, assuming we get the same court capacity as we did this summer I would expect that we can accommodate annual members that want to join just for the summer next year
Will there be any play at Swing this winter?
So far nothing is scheduled, we will keep you posted if that changes
